HV Updates

June 19, 2020
All of our pools and amenities are now open! We have a limited capacity in our pools due to COVID and we are requiring guests to sign up for time slots. The sign up sheet is located at our pool and the time slots are an hour and a half long, in between slots our staff will close the pool completely for cleaning. We are still requesting everyone follow all CDC guidelines while in the park which includes frequent hand-washing, social distancing six feet from other guests and staff, and wearing a mask inside of our buildings and when social distancing is not possible.
Our pump out schedule will now be going back to normal which is Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. If you have any specific questions about how our staff is handling the pandemic, please feel free to call our office at (920) 743-0274.

April 19, 2020

Many of us are feeling uncertain about what is happening in the world and in our own communities right now. Things have changed dramatically for all of us, and like you, we’ve had to make decisions and sacrifices to ensure the health and safety of ourselves and our loved ones. We have also had to make decisions that are difficult but crucial to keep Harbour Village thriving.

We are opening the park when the Governor’s Safer at Home order is lifted, or the Door County Public Health order is lifted, whichever is later. Water will be on when the park opens.

The truth is, we know that this season will be unlike any other we have ever had. We are asking you to stand with us as we navigate through a new normal and hope you look forward, as we do, to the time we can get back to everything that makes our park great!!

April 5, 2020

For clarification, we are still in the off-season and are scheduled to open May 15 as planned. We will continue to monitor the situation with the pandemic and let you know if anything changes.

Please spread the word: The park is currently closed! There is no driving on our roads, and all the buildings are closed. Currently with the stay at home order from our governor, we expect no one to be visiting the park at this time. Cleanup of your sites, delivering of wood, or any other work or deliveries to your sites must be scheduled for a later date. Please stay home and stay safe. We will let you know when things open up!

March 31, 2020

We want you all to know that Harbour Village is planning on opening as usual on May 15. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and let you know if anything changes.

Your health and safety, and that of our staff members, is our greatest concern. At this time, we will continue to keep all public buildings at the park closed until further notice.

The office staff are staggering their work schedules in order to keep social distancing in place. When we are not in the office we are working from home via the Internet. That is why emailing is a great way to get a hold us right now. We will check the phone for any messages that are left and get back to people as soon as we can.

Thanks everyone, stay safe and healthy so we can see each other soon!

March 23, 2020

We hope that everyone is doing well and staying safe in this crazy time! Because your health and safety is our biggest concern, we are doing our best to keep everyone informed as we strive to keep up with the ever-changing COVID-19 mandates, but we are also limiting our staff hours in office to protect ourselves, our families and our campers. We are doing our best to answer phone calls, mail and requests in a timely fashion so please be patient with us as we sort through it all as quickly as we can. We are asking that everyone begin to reach out to us via email or online as often as possible rather than calling the office, it would be a great help to our staff to keep our day-to-day business flowing smoothly. We will keep updating here and on our website as policies change.

**We are planning to open the campground ON TIME, however, we are urging everyone not to travel to Door County until then to keep this from spreading further than it needs to.

***Keep an eye on here and our website for all updated information! Stay safe and healthy, we cannot wait to see everyone in May!***
