All reservations MUST be paid in FULL at time of reservation.

If you contact us at least 2 weeks BEFORE THE DATE you are scheduled to arrive, we will refund 100% of the money paid back to your card.

If you contact us at least 48 hours BEFORE THE DATE you are staying, we will refund 50% of the money paid back to your card.

If you contact us less than 48 hours BEFORE THE DATE you are staying, no refund will be given.
